Creation Arts provides bespoke sculpture manufacturing, statue creation, mural artwork, relief artwork, contemporary installations, customized artwork, wall art, wall art painting, wholesale/bulk supply, and maintenance contract services. The scope of each project is defined in a separate proposal or quotation agreed upon between Creation Arts and the client.
All prices are quoted based on the specific requirements of each project, including design complexity, materials, size, and installation scope. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision if the scope, materials, or design specifications change after the initial agreement.
A non-refundable advance payment (typically 40–50% of the total project cost) is required to initiate work. The balance payment structure will be outlined in the project proposal. Final payment must be cleared before delivery or installation.
Estimated timelines are provided during the quotation stage. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, material availability, and design approvals. Delays caused by client-side approvals, site readiness, or scope changes are not the responsibility of Creation Arts.
We use premium-grade materials as specified in the project proposal. Material substitutions, if necessary, will be communicated and approved by the client. All artworks undergo multi-point quality inspections before delivery.
Installation charges, if applicable, are included in the project quotation. Safe packaging and transport are managed by Creation Arts. Any damage during transit will be assessed and addressed. The client must ensure site readiness for scheduled installation dates.
Creation Arts provides a limited warranty on craftsmanship and structural integrity for a period specified in the project proposal (typically 1–2 years). This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, environmental factors, or failure to maintain the artwork as recommended.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. The advance payment is non-refundable once production has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of production.
All original designs, concepts, sketches, 3D renderings, and creative works produced by Creation Arts remain the intellectual property of Creation Arts unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients may not reproduce, replicate, or commercially distribute the designs without prior consent.
Creation Arts is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our artworks. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific project in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
